Efficiency and spending, at a glance

Average efficiency, an efficiency trend per fill-up or charge, a monthly spending trend and a fuel versus service split, for one vehicle or all of them.

Fuel log

Quantity, price per unit, total and odometer. Petrol, diesel, CNG (in kg) and LPG are all handled, and the total can calculate itself.

EV charging log

Energy added, battery level before and after, and whether you charged at home. Electric two and three wheelers can log a battery swap.

Service log

Every workshop visit with its line items and costs, so you see what servicing really adds to your running cost.

Scan receipts

Snap a fuel receipt or the odometer and let the app read it. Recognition runs on your phone, and the photo is never uploaded.

Two, three and four wheelers, including bi-fuel and hybrids with a second fuel. Pick make, model, year and variant as you type.

Back up to your own Drive

Optionally save a copy to a private app folder in your own Google Drive and restore it on a new phone. We never see it.

The form adapts when you pick an electric vehicle, so you are never forced to think in litres.

  • Energy in the unit you use. kWh, Wh or mAh, with Wh as the default for two wheelers.
  • Your metric. km per kWh, kWh per 100 km or Wh per km.
  • State of charge. Log battery level before and after to see what each session added.
  • Home or public. Mark home charging and see how your charging splits.
  • Battery swap. Electric two and three wheelers can log a swap with its fee.

Privacy

Your logs stay on your phone

Sharing is off until you turn it on, and you stay in control afterwards.

  • Optional sharing. If you choose to share, vehicle details and logs go to our servers under a random device ID, never your name, email or Google account, to build cost benchmarks and improve the vehicle list.
  • Never sent: your vehicle nickname, registration number, photos, name or email.
  • Delete what you shared. Use Delete my shared data in Settings, or email us. Shared data is also removed automatically after 24 months.
  • Backups are yours. Drive backups go to your own Google Drive, not to us.

Is OdoPit free?

Yes. OdoPit is free on Google Play and is supported by banner ads.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. You can log without signing up and without a connection; everything is stored on your phone first.

Which regions and vehicles are covered?

The built-in vehicle list covers top sellers in India (INR), the United States (USD) and Canada (CAD), with local units. Can’t find your vehicle? Enter it yourself and keep logging.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. OdoPit is available for Android only at the moment.

Was OdoPit called something else before?

Yes, it used to be called CruiseLog. Same app, same data on your phone, new name.
